DOMESTIC ORDERS
All orders placed within the US will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. The standard USPS First Class Mail is not insured, please keep this in mind if there is an issue with your shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
First Class Mail International deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive once shipped, although DHL and NINESIXTYFOUR do not guarantee delivery dates or times. International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Please make sure to input full shipping addresses correctly. Including apt/unit numbers.
NINESIXTYFOUR is not responsible for any shipping issues due to address input errors, DHL/USPS handling errors, or lost/stolen packages.
If package is returned to NINESIXTYFOUR due to insufficient address, recipient is responsible for reshipping fees & an inconvenience fee.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. We are working to offer this service in the future. Thank you.
If there is an issue with your product upon arrival, please contact us at order@ninesixtyfour.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase so we can evaluate if the product is damaged and come up with a solution. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping.
